Delete your Dately account or data
You can request deletion without signing in or installing the app. Requests are handled by McNut support.
Request account deletion
- Email support@mcnut.net with the subject Dately account deletion request.
- Include the email address you use to sign in to Dately. Send from that address if you can. Never include your password.
- We verify that you own the account, confirm the affected shared data with you, and process your request. Nothing is deleted just by opening this page.

What is deleted
An account deletion request covers your Dately sign-in account, profile, invitations, reviews and associated personal data, including your photos and date records. Because a scrapbook is shared, removing affected records can also remove them from your partner's view. Support will identify any content belonging to your partner separately before processing the request.
There is no additional retention period for the account records after deletion is completed. Cloudflare Workers application logs expire within seven days. Copies already exported or downloaded by you or your partner remain on those devices; Dately cannot erase those copies. Signing out or archiving a date does not delete it.
Delete selected data and keep your account
Email support@mcnut.net with the subject Dately data deletion request, your sign-in email and the dates, photos or reviews you want removed. We verify ownership before removing data. You can make this request without deleting your account.
Before you request deletion
Download a copy from Account & settings if you want to keep your memories. Deletion is permanent once processed.
